One subscription, zero maintenance

Frequently asked questions

Where does the data come from?

Exclusively from the providers' public status pages (Statuspage, Atom or RSS). We never probe the services ourselves: we relay what the provider publishes, with no interpretation in between.

How fast is detection?

Every status page is read every 5 minutes, and every 2 minutes once a service is already degraded. On paid plans the alert goes out immediately after that.

Do I need an account before paying?

No. You go straight to Stripe; the account is created from your billing email and a sign-in link is sent to you right after. No password to remember, here or anywhere else.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The Stripe billing portal is one click from your dashboard: cancel, switch plan, download invoices, update payment methods.

What happens if I hit the limit?

Nothing breaks: the providers you already track keep being monitored. You simply cannot add more until you change plan.
